Great job with removing my teeth and placing the implants. Almost no pain in the days after. Great service and Dr. Shieh was very kind and did a great job on my teeth.

PGH Smile Boutique came highly recommended to me from one of my friends, and they did not disappoint. I had been putting off getting my front tooth repaired from some tooth trauma that happened decades ago, and I’m happy to say that both of my front teeth are the same shade of white for the first time in a long time. Very satisfied with my treatment. Would highly recommend.

My initial interaction and impression with Dr. Shieh and his team was strong. The office is modern and the location is nice. I met with Dr. Shieh and committed to starting a Comprehensive Invisalign Case to correct issues I had with my smile, back in the summer. For added clarification, I was taken on as a client on short notice during a holiday and seen within a few days of the initial booking - which is always a plus. Dr. Shieh and I were also in-touch over the phone regarding a bad experience I had prior to visiting his practice, so we had developed a strong prerequisite/understanding to what I was looking for to restore my smile. For my Invisalign Case, everything was paid-in-full and I ensured to follow all of his steps and correspondence related to my case. Unfortunately, it didn’t go as planned, and I left his care with bigger issues than when I had originally arrived. At the end of my experience with Dr. Shieh, I was offended with the attitude shown towards me displaying emotion after the process. Amazing experience at Pigh Smile Boutique. Dr Andy Shieh and his entire staff were incredibly kind, professional, and made my husband feel comfortable from start to finish. The doctor performed a tooth extraction, and it was done so smoothly and gently - much easier than expected. He was guided through the procedure every step of the way. The team truly cares about their patients and it shows. Highly recommend it.

Where to even start?! I first came across PGH Smile Boutique on social media and on this site and after seeing pictures and reading the reviews I decided to reach out to Dr. Shieh. It was a late on a Sunday night so I didn't expect him to answer until the next business day. He messaged me back almost immediately..himself..not his staff..not an answering service, but him. I was blown away, what other doctor does that?! Needless to say I decided to get Lumineers and I had such faith that him and his team would do an amazing job that I was willing to travel FROM DELAWARE (for those of you who don't know, that's about 6 hours away) to his business in PA instead of staying local in my state. I had Invisalign done from a previous doctor back when I was 14, then ended up having some bad bonding done on two teeth that ended up being permanently discolored, some of my teeth are naturally really small and it never looked like I had a full smile. Overall, I have just never been happy with my smile..until yesterday! Dr. Shieh and his team COMPLETELY transformed my smile.
